Arlan plays a key role in Business Development at TAP, making sure our sales team has everything they need to succeed. From crafting strategies to streamlining processes, he paves the way for team success and ensures every opportunity is set up for maximum impact. He thrives on the excitement of closing deals and finds energy in the camaraderie of a high-performing team, where everyone supports each other to reach their goals.

Outside of work, Arlan is a lifelong fitness enthusiast. He discovered his passion for working out in high school thanks to his baseball coach and hasn’t looked back since. With over a decade of MMA training and a black belt in Karate, he enjoys staying active whether it’s on the water, hiking the mountains of Utah, or challenging himself in new ways.

At home, he’s a devoted dog dad to his Mini Golden-Aussie Doodle, Blue, and he loves spending time with family and friends. Sundays are sacred for football, as Arlan proudly follows the Philadelphia Eagles, bringing the same intensity to the game as he does to work. He’s also fearless when it comes to taking risks, like moving across the country after college, which he counts as one of his most rewarding personal experiences. Arlan’s combination of drive, strategy, and energy makes him an invaluable part of TAP, helping both clients and teammates achieve their best outcomes.
